Project Management
Channeling our past to forge your future.
-
Experience.
We are a company of high-level military veterans and spouses with extensive experience in administration, operational planning, and most importantly, accomplishing objectives.
-
Application.
We do these things intuitively through a mutual understanding in our company of how to apply the Military Decision Making Process and Troop Leading Procedures, two military decision-making constructions that can be applied to small and large-scale operations.
-
Execution.
While a large section of one of the Army’s doctrines could cover this in extensive military jargon, we’re going to do what we do best and simplify the advantages offered by the MDMP/TLP and why that makes us special.
Why GS2?
Our Process:
-
Receive the mission
Before anything gets started, you have to understand the situation! In this phase, we get to know our clients, their vision, what they want, need, and why they have to have a certain endstate.
We then lay out effective ways of potentially bringing this future into fruition.
-
Analyze the mission
Develop a course of action
The plan is everything. We analyze every facet of an operation and learn every specific element that we can so that we can build a COA (course of action) that molds to it perfectly.
The MDMP is often criticized due to how slowly it moves through a chain of command before reaching a definitive decision.
We don’t have that issue at GS2.
We are the command, and you are our authority.
-
Analyze the course of action, refine it, and get it approved
We consistently and continuously make sure that we have planned for every contingency. We work with you to make sure that our plan is your plan, and that the execution of that plan will make your dream come true.

Orders Production, Dissemination, and Transition
We love putting a plan into action.
Here, we act on everything that we have put to paper and work toward making your vision concrete.
Yet, we all know, “The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry”.
This is where years upon years of working in ambiguous environments apply; we are natural problem solvers. Our ability to pivot into a secondary, tertiary, or even a quaternary plan is all factored into how we approach any operation.
